As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate future possibilities into actionable strategies. You'll influence product development, market expansion, and organizational transformation while operating in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
- Mentor junior analysts in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Strong data literacy with experience in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
- Deep understanding of emerging tech implications (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
