Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-grade AI systems with 99.99% uptime for 2026-era applications
- Lead development of hybrid neural-symbolic architectures for explainable AI
- Collaborate with robotics teams to integrate multimodal perception systems
- Research and implement novel reinforcement learning algorithms for autonomous decision-making
- Mentor junior engineers through our proprietary 'Future-Proof' training program
- Present findings at annual AI Horizons Summit (2026 focus)
- Contribute to open-source projects that democratize advanced AI capabilities
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) post-2020
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and low-level optimization (CUDA, Rust)
- Proven track record of deploying models at billion-scale inference
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI impact assessment frameworks
- Fluency in at least two programming paradigms (functional, object-oriented, etc.)
