Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026+ industry disruptions

- Partner with C-suite to embed innovation into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab focused on human-AI symbiosis
- Develop IP portfolios and patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders, driving organizational adoption of paradigm-shifting technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven track record of commercializing futuristic solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
