Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and real-time processing capabilities for 2026 objectives.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks tailored for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and increased accuracy, ensuring high performance in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement best practices for ethical AI and data governance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with model serving frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models that have directly impacted business KPIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
