Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement novel neural network architectures specifically tailored for the '2026' generative paradigm, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Training Pipeline: Spearhead the end-to-end training lifecycle, including data curation, synthetic data generation, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Optimization: Reduce model latency and memory footprint to ensure seamless deployment on both cloud and edge environments.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, adapting cutting-edge techniques (e.g., Diffusion Models, Transformers) to our specific use cases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and software engineers to integrate advanced AI capabilities into production applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, with at least 2 years leading architectural decisions in a senior role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Multimodal AI.
- System Design: Strong experience in distributed computing systems, GPU optimization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact technical problems.
