Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and advanced NLP technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and AI engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Optimize model inference latency and improve accuracy in high-traffic production environments.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains competitive for the 2026 horizon.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute to the technical strategy of the company.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products to market.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
