Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for our advanced AI research initiatives, focusing on scalability and ethical AI.
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models, including Transformers and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time with minimal latency.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner with quantum computing experts and hardware engineers to integrate software with next-gen hardware.
- Mentor Junior Talent: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
- Publish and Patent: Lead efforts to publish high-impact research papers and secure patents for novel algorithms.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and navigate uncharted technical territories.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
