Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Map, identifying key inflection points across 15+ emerging sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams, translating complex data into strategic narratives
- Produce quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports analyzing geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 market gaps, from AI ethics frameworks to carbon capture innovations
- Build a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of accurate trend prediction (provide 3 validated forecasts)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems, or climate AI
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
