Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models (LSTMs, Transformers) to handle high-volume data streams.
- Lead the design of the 2025 technical roadmap, focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into core products.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
