Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Architecture: Design scalable and efficient backend systems to handle high-volume data processing and inference tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and implement novel techniques to improve our competitive edge.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Skills: Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
