Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+ market leadership
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and innovation timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions through agile methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments to maintain first-mover advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership, patents, and industry partnerships
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing architectures and scalable system designs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strategic communication skills with experience influencing C-suite and board-level decisions
- Portfolio of executed innovation projects demonstrating 2020-2025 technology foresight
