Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models, specifically focusing on NLP and generative AI.
- Architect scalable and efficient ML pipelines for data processing and model deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of the curve in AI advancements and implement novel solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP architectures (Transformers, BERT, GPT, etc.).
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
