Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology roadmap, identifying critical innovations that will define the next decade.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise architectures capable of handling the evolving demands of 2026 and beyond.
- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models to optimize operational efficiency and product capabilities.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies and infrastructure investments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Assess emerging risks in the tech landscape and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to look beyond current trends and anticipate future technological shifts (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI).
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
