Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Optimize existing AI models for speed and accuracy to improve user experience.
- Implement best practices for data storage, retrieval, and processing.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth.
- Stay updated on the latest research in AI and integrate relevant advancements into our products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level machine learning applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
