Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Lead the architectural design of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model latency, throughput, and accuracy to meet production-grade SLAs.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, fairness, transparency, and safety (AI Ethics).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to translate technical requirements into robust solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience designing and shipping production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and MLOps methodologies.
- Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.
