Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI and LLM fine-tuning.
- System Architecture: Build scalable and robust data pipelines to handle petabyte-scale data ingestion and processing.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing models and infrastructure, implementing optimizations to improve latency and throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, RNNs).
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
