Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI models capable of operating in edge environments and complex cloud infrastructures.
- Lead the architectural roadmap for our proprietary Neural Processing Units (NPUs) and generative models.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to stay ahead of industry trends and define the technical vision for 2026.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and ethical AI practices.
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable product features and high-level technical strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep experience with distributed systems, microservices, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building robust, scalable, and secure systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from concept to production.
