Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI and Machine Learning models.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI innovations targeting the 2026 market release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI into core products.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Proven experience in deploying large-scale models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with MLOps and data pipeline management is highly preferred.
