- Monitor AI systems for bias, fairness, and compliance with evolving regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implications of strategic AI decisions

- Represent FutureTech in industry coalitions and policy discussions on AI ethics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks, bias mitigation, and fairness metrics
- Proven track record of developing ethical guidelines for AI/ML systems
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional ethics initiatives in tech environments
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
