Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term 2026 technology strategy and vision for the organization.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems integrating AI and Quantum Computing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major technological transitions.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum mechanics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
