Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency to ensure real-time responsiveness in critical applications.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage models on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
