Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technology initiatives to ensure readiness for the year 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AI, quantum computing interfaces, and next-gen cloud architectures.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Design scalable, resilient systems that can adapt to unforeseen market shifts and technological advancements.
- Team Leadership & Vision: Mentor a team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the Research and Development division, ensuring resources are allocated to high-ROI future technologies.
- Security & Compliance: Implement advanced security protocols that anticipate future cyber threats and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years Experience: Extensive background in software engineering, systems architecture, and technical leadership.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker/K8s), and distributed systems.
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning paradigms and their application in enterprise solutions.
