Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI/ML systems for the 2026 product suite, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for AI research and development, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance the efficiency of our neural networks.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into deployable solutions.
- AI Ethics & Safety: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
