Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement cutting-edge neural network architectures tailored for real-time, autonomous decision-making.
- Scalability & Performance: Optimize large-scale training pipelines and inference engines to handle petabytes of data with zero latency.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and generative AI.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite ML engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, anticipating industry shifts in quantum computing and edge AI.
- Research Integration: Translate state-of-the-art academic research into deployable, commercial-ready technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to deep learning and AI systems architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and Rust. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray) is essential.
- Domain Expertise: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale with elegant, efficient solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
