Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and execution of the company's 2026 AI and machine learning architecture.
- Collaborate directly with the C-suite to align technological capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including advanced LLMs and quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, model deployment, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems into future-proof, AI-driven microservices.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences and technology summits.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in deploying large-scale language models and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complex, enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy laws, and upcoming 2026 regulatory standards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Active presence in the open-source community or published research in top AI journals is a major plus.
