Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data loads and complex reasoning tasks.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Agentic AI workflows, Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning for autonomous decision-making.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of models for high-throughput, low-latency inference environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and AI.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models, NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects from conception to delivery.
