Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI systems and quantum computing protocols for the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our core product suite.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
