Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale machine learning models for Project 2026.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI development, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization for high-traffic environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipeline management, and model versioning (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
