- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance implications

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AI/ML, AR/VR, biotech)
- Track record of launching successful products/services based on emerging tech trends
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
