Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Vision: Define and execute the architectural roadmap for the Project 2026 neural networks, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- System Design: Design complex distributed systems and algorithms capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of large language models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, security experts, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Research Integration: Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge methodologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS).
