Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design robust, scalable AI frameworks and infrastructure that support the long-term goals of Project 2026, ensuring high availability and security.
- Lead Research & Development: Drive the technical strategy for our core AI models, focusing on advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops to upskill the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Continuously refine model performance and reduce inference costs to ensure our systems are commercially viable and efficient.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to break down ambiguous problems and derive scalable architectural patterns.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
