Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the core technical vision and system architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across global distributed systems.
- Technical Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of proprietary AI models, focusing on optimizing inference speeds and reducing latency in real-time environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and security experts to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within high-scale AI or Machine Learning environments.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Security: Strong understanding of data privacy, encryption standards, and secure coding practices.
