Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Advocate for ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, blockchain, AI ethics, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into business strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
