Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core AI components for Project 2026, including large language models and predictive analytics engines.
- Define and enforce best practices for software engineering, data governance, and model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture reviews to ensure system stability and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, researching emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to integrate into Project 2026.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing large-scale, high-availability systems for enterprise applications.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
