Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and deploy scalable, quantum-ready system architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and strategic roadmap for systems engineering, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals.
- Advanced AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of autonomous AI agents and deep learning models into core production environments.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and ethical AI governance frameworks to protect sensitive data.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize system latency, efficiency, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Skills: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and edge computing technologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
