We are seeking a visionary AI & Quantum Architect to spearhead our technology roadmap leading up to and beyond 2026. Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural strategy for AI and quantum integration to align with company goals for 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling complex quantum-classical hybrid workloads.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the development of proof-of-concept models and prototypes for emerging 2026 technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions.
- Research & Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring global trends in AI, quantum mechanics, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML engineering or quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business implications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
