In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our solutions are scalable, ethical, and ready for the future of digital interaction.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM-based solutions and autonomous AI agents for enterprise applications.
- Design and implement robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Lead the fine-tuning and optimization of open-source models (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral) on proprietary datasets.
- Establish MLOps frameworks for continuous model monitoring, evaluation, and retraining.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Ensure AI ethics, safety, and compliance in all system designs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, Transformers, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Strong background in MLOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
