Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Design and implement distributed machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and computer vision trends expected to dominate 2026.
