- Optimize model inference latency and improve cost-efficiency in large-scale deployments.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in AI, including Multimodal models and AutoML.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLM applications (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
