Responsibilities
- Design and architect robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure for high-volume applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced deep learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all AI workloads within cloud environments.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to minimize bias and ensure reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale AI systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated track record of publishing research or delivering production-ready AI products.
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.
