Responsibilities
Design and architect high-performance distributed machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.Lead research and development on cutting-edge Generative AI models, including LLM fine-tuning and RAG architectures.Optimize inference latency and throughput using advanced quantization and model pruning techniques.Establish and enforce MLOps best practices for CI/CD, model versioning, and automated retraining loops.Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions.Ensure ethical AI standards are met across all model deployments.
Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and semantic search technologies.
