Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant ML pipelines and distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal agents.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization for inference and training, reducing latency and improving energy efficiency.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying large-scale ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Deep Learning: Strong background in Transformer architectures, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions in high-pressure environments.
