Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating generative AI models into core product infrastructure by Q3 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to improve model accuracy and reduce latency by 40%.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and model explainability within the engineering team.
- Conduct technical mentorship and code reviews to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of neural network architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production environments using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
