Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation machine learning models focused on 2026 scalability and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends in quantum computing and neural interfaces.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to production.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
