Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement advanced neural network architectures optimized for future computing paradigms and high-volume data processing.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals and scalability requirements.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement rigorous bias detection and fairness frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment across all platforms.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security engineers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior developers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models that forecast market trends and user behavior with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust. Experience with quantum computing libraries is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
- Leadership: Strong experience leading diverse teams and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
