Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and deploy robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data with zero latency.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap Initiatives: Collaborate with the R&D division to define technical strategies for our flagship 2026 product release.
- Optimize Neural Architectures: Research and implement cutting-edge deep learning techniques, including Transformer models and Generative AI frameworks.
- Ensure Ethical AI Governance: Implement fairness, transparency, and safety measures across all AI models to comply with emerging global regulations.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Algorithm Mastery: Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- System Design: Proven ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for high-concurrency environments.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in senior technical roles within the AI/ML or FinTech sectors.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
