Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of real-time reasoning.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary generative models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory usage for edge deployment scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI compliance.
- Contribute to the academic and technical community through patents and open-source contributions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (5+ years of experience in lieu of degree).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
