Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into product development
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and government stakeholders
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist researchers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech ethics
- Champion sustainable innovation practices across 15+ R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in at least two domains: quantum systems, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published work in MIT Technology Review, Wired, or equivalent
- Experience advising Fortune 100 boards on tech disruption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
