Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant deep learning pipelines for next-generation Generative AI models.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency for edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to hybridize classical algorithms with quantum primitives.
- Establish architectural standards for data governance, model security, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists in advanced methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and implementing large-scale Machine Learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
