Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating next-generation LLMs and reinforcement learning models into core products.
- Define the 2026 technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and high-availability platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
